Wizz Air is increasing the number of routes available to customers from the UK. The most recent introduction of the Liverpool to Budapest service shows that flights will be going to more popular destinations and more of us will be using Wizz Air.
At Cabin Max we aim to provide our customers with affordable hand luggage options that meet the maximum free allowance set by popular budget airlines such as Wizz Air, Ryanair and easyJet.
Wizz Air’s free hand luggage allowance is unlike any other budget airline because the free allowance is much smaller than the average hand luggage size at just 42x32x25cm.
Wizz Air Hand Luggage Allowance
To make the cabin bag restrictions easier to understand, we’ve split them in to 3 tiers.
Tier 1 – Free or Small Cabin Baggage
Hand luggage measuring 42x32x25cm or below can be taken on to a flight for free.
Tier 2 – Paid or Large Hand Luggage
Cabin baggage measuring over 42x32x25cm but below 56x45x25cm can be taken on to a Wizz Air flight but passengers will be required to pay a fee.
Tier 3 – Checked-in
All luggage over 56x45x25cm will be checked-in to the luggage hold.
The Cabin Max Budapest
We’re not sure about you, but we feel that paying additional baggage fees can defeat the object of booking a cheap flight. So we’ve created a messenger bag that perfectly fits the maximum small cabin bag allowance set by Wizz Air. Its called the Cabin Max Budapest – a fitting name because Wizz Air is based in Budapest. We’ve designed it to be:
- Affordable – just £15
- Functional – as much space as possible so you can pack it to the max and it can be used as a second bag when using other airlines (just remember not to over fill it so it will squash down to the correct size)
- Subtle colours – so you can use it for other things like commuting to work
